...eadership changes every year, pathetic environment.etc i don't want to disclose. Even after resignation i did received my last two months salary even after 90 days. I don't know what the cooperate management doing.

Doctors and nurses except Nursing head Manisha all are good

Job insecurity,Nepotism,hiring of known family members and friends. Discrimination ,Humiliation basis personal liking and disking by Dr Prashant Vashistha,Dr Sukrit Kumar and Suman Yadav . They are most horrible management to work with.They have taken job of many hard working employees .There is only gossip culture here.

Internal politics, Need to acknowledge old staff contributions (they are sincerely worked hard for the hospital growth). Every year change management and recruiting the new employees which their own staff. This tendency is not good.

VP operations (Mr.Sunil Mehta) is bad person who demoted his staff .His focus is not on business meanwhile he always harass the staff and demotivate them. His always think that how to fired/terminate the staff.
