Some Managers never help you, all they want is that the work to be completed. Timings are not there purchase people only login time is there. Even if you work extra hours they neither pay you nor do they appreciate you.

Compensation is nothing, growth is slow. work presure is very high. I have to attend vendore calls in the evening and sometimes late night. Manager do not value an individual s, unique strengths, i have to take back my suggestion most of the times. There is no on job training for fresher. Some times i have to work 14 to 16 hrs straight in a day. There is no to travel permission for interstate vendor visit. There is no lenious for individual work....Read More

Even MD also didn’t know about product working principle. 3.From 25 years same issue didn’t solve now also due to all tools are proto tool. 4.One of the Idiot and non technical person is initiating the plant from Production dept.. 5.Fully politics from old employees group. 6.All are working for commission.7.Unnecessary creating issue and blaming SQA and Quality team from idiot RSB.
