Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Very bad management in kerala location and the job security is very worst. I pefer not to job this organisation , even after relieving from this organisation the management will hunt you & provide very bad review in the same field. Area manager and Kerala manager are not supporting the staff....In my case I met with an accident in working time...after the accident the doctor told me to take one month bed rest...at that time they compelled me to resign from the job and the black mailed me to resign from the job....and didn't get my final settlement, relieving letter .

They always paid the salary on time. Even during pandemic days, they did not do a paycut and paid on time.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, toxic management. They make the atmosphere terrible for concentrating and working. No promotion until and unless you create a scene and grab it. Appraisal is never good.

Senior management have good heads on their shoulders. They are head and shoulders above other publishers. They are level-headed and never take impulsive decisions. (exhausted all my head idioms) Managers have empathy.
