Dislikes

Almost everything to do with professionalism is missing in this organisation , when it comes to delivery of duties and responsibilities. Training initiatives are there , although it doesn't help much. Work related direction is missing. Proper guidance in our daily ground level job is missing. A lot of misunderstanding, and nobody totell you what is right and wrong , even if you are least aware of the complicated nature of perception based opinion of everyon in the top management....Read More
