There's a lot of politics in the company,no matter how good you are,your starting salary will be just 12k-15k a month...and when you get the increment after an year of hard work,they will pay extra 500-700rs as increment...if you are hard working enough to butter higher officials,maybe you can get 1000-1200 rs as an increment...higher official will put a lot of pressure on the juniors to do this ,do that... which makes no sense at all...and even if you worked all works effortlessly and 1 day you didn't...they will count on it...Read More
