In macchem very healthy culture for work. In R&D Technical support is very good. All policies are help for individual and personal life. Dr. Anuj jain not accept any kind of politics and he encouraging and motivate to all employees. Alway focus on knowledge, Hardwork and honesty. He have very sound knowledge of chemistry.

It's good company. Management is very helpful and supportive. The people who want to grow in pharma industry in term of research and development, undoubtedly they can join Mac Chem R&D centre.
