I have worked in this R&D for about one year. In this period I am mentally harassed by HOD. Every day I worked for 13 to 14 hrs. If your work complete in 8 hours still you have to stay for 13 hrs. My family is totally disturbed (No family life). In R&D everywhere they placed CCTV(even in the canteen also) you cannot talk with your colleague if you do so, you will be called by HOD. The HOD is behaving like the owner of this company. My worst decision is to join this R&D. Luckily I got job but remaining people's are struggling everyday. All the above positive comments are given by HOD only. Do not trap in these comments and don't join Mac chem R&D(even you will get 50% hike)this is my humble request to you all....Read More
