This Company Culture & Compensation is good, Maintains good quality product.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is good but there is a delay in Salary Pay nearly 2 to 3 months, Not suggestible for Corporate employees. There is no growth opportunity to employees. Basically for the namesake it's a company but monitored by proprietor.

This company having 4 companys in one premises. I work lot and enjoyed with huge work.I know the Parameters of the Power Plants, Steel plant, how to control the workers.

Salary Structure, No Job Security,Culture is totally different.

I have to look after total P & A works and Dept. HOD. I have to manage Day to Day works. Maintain Good relations with Surrounding Villagers, Government Officials, Police and other related organisations.
