Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

This is my genuine review as on date July 2024, pathetic company to work for suppressing staff working for the company. No culture at all I am fired from the company within 1 month for 5 minutes of break that I have taken owner Yash Garg the most pathetic person said you come here for fun don't come from tomorrow. All reviews are pain forced to write form employee otherwise company has no culture.

Yash garg who is friend of Pankaj Bansal the owner is such a pathetic person doing micro-management looking after peons too if they are working or not, such a culture I haven't seen in any company that you can't laugh at your workplace because it seems to be lack of concentration in your work.
