No training offered . Expected to work on assignments from week 1 without technical training. Product training offered part by part. Seniors or highly experienced prof may not be ideal for freshers. High expectations from freshers from these seniors without considering experience. Also mails of requirements will be forwarded and notdiscussed by these . They only forward requirements.
