No work life balance what so ever. You're at the mercy of your manager for approvals which comes down to personal preference. Work isn't distributed homogeneously. Rude behavior of superiors towards their subordinates isn't pointed out by the upper management. Salaries never paid on time!! You have to beg for your salary to be paid each month. Senior management needs to get off from their high horse and see the ground reality of working culture.
