Well i start with Job security, No job security at all. MD has rustic behavior, frustrated every time. Only MD has power to speak up rest will follow order. No training, No facility, No work life balance, HR has no role but they can hire and fire. After joining they will not give you even sitting arrangements Its like stationary shop in name of Company. Never join even if you are free at home. Career spoiler....Read More

MD is not like MD. No decision making. She can fire anyone anytime. Pet duologue.... Don't come from tomorrow. So no to this company. Even insurance policy is not here in name of facility. Employees have to pay for this.

The company is full of Old employees who don't want to change or adopt new ideas. For new joiners these oldies makes it hell. All Dept Heads have no power at all. HR,CEO , Finance head they are treated so bad by MD of company. Same treatment these Heads forward to their team. During Covid Luxor took advantage and paid 1/3rd salary to employees even though there were no problems as vendors were getting payments. Also fired employees like anything during Covid. So no professional life , No work life balance , No Growth & Security at Luxor....Read More

Compensation is Ok ok , but further growth & appraisals are big concern in Luxor. Will have to take back new ideas and suggestion bcaz of Old people are not interested.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
