Its most pathetic company I have ever seen.... Never ever join this company. If you would join then you will destroy your own future. Environment is so bad which I can't even explain. Old people attitude and behaviour is so bad which is beyond imagination. They treat new joines and young people as slave so never thought to join this company.

Politics and casteism is someones gain or loss there. If you don not want to grow , Luxor is the best place for you where you sit idle where all follows the only one i.e Company's owner's rule and ruthless nature which lacks creativity and dumb approach at notch.

Dislikes

Work environmemt. If you are a lazy dumb non getter with just an accidental gotten job with your Surname similar to their higher management people, you are lucky .

Luxor is not a good place to work. Too much politics here and most of the hods working here for more than 10-20-30 years. They did politics with new employees and no support from anyone. Management is also knows everything but can't do anything. Noting to work more here. Plant head is just for the name he doesn't have any sense and working like a molding head only.
