I m working in kala amb plant and the situation is pathetic here. They even don't know how to behave with colleagues and staff or employees. Roorkee and kanagala plant is totally different from kala amb unit.

Work culture. Flattery . Blame anybody even ...if u r not responsible for that. Proper job timing not defined.
