During my tenure at Lupin, I valued the experience and growth, but there were areas for improvement. The compensation did not align with the industry standard for my role, and the consistent target pressure in recent years was challenging. Additionally, I felt there could be more opportunities for career advancement.

Working culture is good . And online pas - x , e - log process is saving time for achieving production.

Production area is not maintenance without lock and key by using production process activity accessories not available in this time
