Completely unprofessional company. Management don't pay salary on time, sometimes it's pending for more than 2-3 months. HR is useless, dont have any descicive power. Company don't provide minimum lab activity materials. They create huge trouble during resignation or getting releiving letter. They cheat employees during clearance oflast month salary or PF money besides all formalities completed by risigning employee. There are huge number of ex-Luminol (or any of it's sister concern) employees who did not even got cleared their last 2-3 month salary and PF money.
