The location, however very good, is unfortunately far from my home hence a lot of time is wasted commuting everyday, back and forth from work.

Job security and location particularly my location. Because some of my colleagues told me that they have horrible experience with their team head at different different locations.

Hr policies. A organisation must be run by a team not by a person alone. No value for your work. Poor salary structure.
