Don't work this company. I already work for 3yrs.(2016-2019). I started working as a helper in Electrical department.12hr work No holiday .even Sunday also work .if you take a leave your salary will deduct .after 1yr work your salary hike only 5-7% only .when I am join my salary is only 6000/-rs per month.

Dislikes

Physical work is more as compared to mental work.no work life balance because no holiday available. If you take a leave your salary will deduct.in whole year only 2day holiday available there is Biswakarma Puja & Dilwali.remain 363 day working. no facility available like no food,no Travel allowance,No PF ,No Health insurance

When any person gives resignation then HR team want to stay employees with sallery required task but finally no increment and minor sallery increment it is very bad system

You will learn a lot if you learn by your self, as you have to travel in every department for a single material movement.

Unexpected cuts from salary. Unpaid Overtime, whatever HR says you have to work 12 hrs a day. No training program. 0 cooperation and communication between department causing latency in production.

The company has good infrastructure facilities, customer satisfaction is of high importance. Employees are satisfied , Offices are installed with TFAs, The AQI level in office is below 20 ppm. Salary is always on time, Give full liberty to excel, growth for hard working employees is assured, integrity is respected. Trainings are imparted regularly, Canteen facility , uniform, is provided, A lot of employee benefit policies are in vogue. Salary is on last day of the month without failure. Working at Lumax is a wonderful experience. Staff is cooperative, Seniors are good and supportive. Work environment is safe for women employees. Flexi working hours. Leaders are approachable. They have a very bad salary structure. There is no work life balance. U can have charge of day to day affairs but very rare of the special tasks as the boss wants to do all of them on his own. It's 6 day working company & sometimes they even call on Sundays. As regards late sitting, I would say on an avg, u need to spend around 60 hrs a week.

I'm not agree with the term and condition of company because I have mailed to HR for sick leave in emergency but they don't accept my leave and terminate me from tha job Now I'm jobless they have terminate me without any reliving or without any information l.
