It is a good environment .I have learned a lot of things there..and when we talk about it's security for girls are such a grt.!! Bt the culture of Lumax ...from my side I's ok ok....company policies are good, appraisals are fair and ther give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There's a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and our career growth is slow .

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the begging as there was no formal traning session ..which they give they new trainees ..I have learnt everything on the job.
