I didn't like anything in the Secretarial (CS) & Legal Department.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics in Secretarial (Company Secretary) department and working environment is not good. Also, percentage of annual increment is very low. They don't give recognition to the talent and great work done by any employee.

Salary & promotion & appraisal is too slow if you are not skip & continues job in lumax then your salary is increased very slow compared other employees who hired from other companies as same role & responsibility DWM.

Don't work this company. I already work for 3yrs.(2016-2019). I started working as a helper in Electrical department.12hr work No holiday .even Sunday also work .if you take a leave your salary will deduct .after 1yr work your salary hike only 5-7% only .when I am join my salary is only 6000/-rs per month.

Physical work is more as compared to mental work.no work life balance because no holiday available. If you take a leave your salary will deduct.in whole year only 2day holiday available there is Biswakarma Puja & Dilwali.remain 363 day working. no facility available like no food,no Travel allowance,No PF ,No Health insurance
