For a beginner, the company is good to go . With beginner i mean those students who dnt get placed and need to get their first job. They will start learning things at their own as there are no training or anything been provided. You will learn things at your own as you will be majorly handling everything. I would suggest spend first2-3 Year of your career and then start looking for opportunities. Start developing your self accordingly as designation is not similar to your role and responsibilities as you might be doing production even if you are in HR. Unprofessional approach and lack of training for junior as well as senior most management. There is no such thing ;like standardization so you will hear a lot about do things in a standard manner but you will understand that is just a word.
