No job securityas promised, bad politics, money mismanagement, policies are turned according to personnel requirements. Lost my life and whole earning because of job security and bad politics. Will never advise anyone as abest platform.

Dislikes

I should say defenetly because I lost everything in my life by working very very sincere for 11 yeras with lufthansa technik services india and made much profit but nothing considered even after taking up with higher management. Their bad politics especially by the foreigner for his own benifit. Even no proper compensation is paid.

The occasional German trips and the office parties that used to happen on the rooftop before the Italian rule. The annual day was a BIG thing.

Dislikes

Lack of appreciation or motivation and to an extent disrespect too. When your boss turns his back and walks during your meeting with him, you initially think he is coming back, but then you realize that's his way of giving you the finger.

Made sure the contract with airline customers was running smoothly and reduced the critical situation knows as AOG(Aircraft on Ground) as much as possible.
