New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Lucid top management at HO is good, but they kept unaware about plant politics by local management.

Dislikes

Very cheap level of politics by Plant Management. President and VP of plant are very cheap persons. They have no experience of handling manpower. They regularly hire employees and terminates the old employees without any reasons. Even they terminated 29 and 14 year old employees without giving any reasons. When employee goes home after completing shift, he gets message from VP that you have been terminated, no reason was mentioned for termination. Very bad management. Avoid such companies to join and spoil your career....Read More
