It’s horrible experience working with VBL, I am working with Pepsico since last 27 years, Pepsico franchise the Beverages operation to VBL along with all employees on 1 May 2019. Since last 1 year I am working with VBL with honesty. On 8th May VBL issued the termination letter to me by saying the business survival decision. I am not understand all word is fighting with COVID-19 and taking care of our all employees but in VBL we see the reverse impact. They grab the opportunity of Covid and started removing the people of PepsiCo took over operations with the feedback from baseless people who don’t know the business and misguided the top management. They are not able to use the resources/people they acquired from PepsiCo. Very bad experience I am getting from this organisation. If I am not caliber to Handel the operation than PepsiCo will not allow me to work with them for 27 year & never respect my knowledge. Actually I should not join the VBL operation to avoid the SAD end what I got from VBL during Covid.
