They all are bloody uneducated person hired fresher from many college and after 3 year company rejoin that fresher from day one not getting promotion any body and during 3 year they are tolerate, abuse with fresher and behaves like they are animals in front them.

Worst experience ever I see in my whole life I am completed my diploma in mechanical then after completion I join Lucas tvs as a apprentice trainee I worked in 1 year in Lucas but that 1 year for me is hell year for my life they don't talk with you no one is understand your feelings senior juniors all are uneducated and treat you as a labour nepotism is the main lead of this company
