Promotion and basic infrastructure of working tools is very poor, lot of on table approch, on time project completions difficult.

They published ad about recruiting some "BE mechanical engineer" for trainee but they allotted as a lathe operater that should be run by diploma students It's not a permanent role , It valid only one year They just need fresher who work for low salary , without asking any questions about promotion
