All Saturday working, no sick leave or emergency leave, poor appraisal percentage, huge politics, salary scale is too poor compared to market.

You will get little chance to learn something, financial growth is neglisable. If you know buttering to your boss then there is little growth in position but they will never emphasise growth on your talent.

Dislikes

They will prefer iyyengar brahmins at top position. Saturday working is another headache. There is no holiday for any other religion festival.
