Lucas TVS culture is excellent when compared to most of the manufacturing industries.

Dislikes

Frankly, Yet to find one... But, yeah... On one aspect is that to develop as a world class manufacturing company interms of technology implementation, etc. I say this because, recently we visited SAA AB Engineering, Bangalore. Though, on paper they are our suppliers, but they are well equipped in terms of machines, maintenance. So, as a Customer company we should have been a way ahead I feel. Just a small thought that investing in latest technology Machines should help us in reducing other overheads. This comparison is purely based on NC lathes which we are using than the CNC lathes that they use. I may be wrong also. Sorry......Read More
