Worst culture in modern trade and e-commerce verticle ,no respect for Asm ,SO and Ase regret to join hopefully moved out,only 2, 3 people have entire authority and they feel like ownee,no learning ,get abuse for their mistake also ,entire team is for getting abuse in meeting , language is even worst than mc bc. join if you want to ruin your career.

I had joint L T foods from2020.i had done Lucknow and kanpur. Till date no one bothered me in any way for 4 year.

But Since the New ASM Mr. Saurabh Mishra was There .he used to harass me all the Time. And neither did he have the manner to Speak .due to which I had to have the job
