• Perform scheduled calibration of instruments (temperature, pressure, flow, level, load cells, etc.) in production and utility areas.
  
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machines, ensuring uninterrupted packaging operations.
  
• Handle printers for coding and labeling (e.g., Domino, Videojet, Markem-Imaje), ensuring accurate batch coding and traceability.
  
• Ensure automation and control system integrityincluding PLC, SCADA, and HMI operations.
  
• Maintain calibration logs, instrument history, and documentation as per GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
  
• Support in installation and commissioning of new instruments, control panels, and packaging automation equipment.
  
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve instrumentation-related issues and improve efficiency.
  
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of all field instruments, printers, and packaging equipment.
  
• Assist in root cause analysis for instrumentation failures and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure availability and proper handling of calibration tools; coordinate with external calibration service providers if required.
