Dislikes

The company do the policy changes specially while giving out bonus and that policy change is negative. Which result in deserving employees getting less bonus and some of the hard working employees missing out on the bonus.

Admin and finance ppl are helful, people are good..

CEO who lacks depth and acument is a friend to company owners and hence runing the show... Tech head is credit hoging machine and snatch even from developers.. I heard now 8/10 leads have left.. Company reduced 10-30% salary from may20 to Nov 20 but when things came back on track didnt give hi ke</mark>.. last 2 years cumulative hike is 5% and variable disbursement was 20% in 2021 and zero in 2020.. no growth in sales perspective.. new joinees may not have great future ahead... Maketing head surprisingly carry huge package without any meaningful contribution.. leaders are not unified, divided into small group which only makes the orgonization weaker and weaker.....Read More
