1.Internal politics create a toxic environment, negatively impacting employees' careers and overall morale. There is often a disconnect between what is communicated and what actually happens behind the scenes.
Credit for work is sometimes misattributed, with those who don’t contribute getting recognition, which is demotivating.
2.Promotions and increments are often influenced more by relationships with management rather than actual performance or experience. For instance, someone with 1.5 years of experience might receive a senior role, while those with 3 or more years of hard work might not see the same recognition or salary increase.
3.Task distribution is uneven; some team members handle development while others focus on configuration. This imbalance can lead to domination by those who create dependencies, despite the head of the team claiming to avoid such dependencies. Ironically, this head often creates and maintains these dependencies.
4.The head of the team often insists on their own approach and fails to understand or appreciate employees' correct approaches to problems. Even when employees present valid solutions, they may be dismissed or incorrectly judged.
Advice to Management: Address the toxic political environment and ensure that credit, promotions, and increments are based on merit and performance. Improve task distribution and work towards reducing unnecessary dependencies. Recognize contributions fairly and develop a more open and respectful culture where employees' approaches are valued and considered. This could enhance team morale and career development....Read More

Temmates:- I had great tempted in my working year's.I start my career from Loyalty and i thank loyalty for giving me opportunity to work.
Growth:- I had came across some growing yers of the company, as it grew I also grown :).
Salary/Appraisal:- As per expectation.
Politics:- I have not faced any politics problems inside the team.
Leaning :- A lot to learn.
Work environment:- great.
