initially good work life balance was present, helpful colleagues, cheerful environment, nice lunch, gym, etc

Dislikes

Too much workload today, less seating at office, no to little WFH. Leaders don’t back their team they’re on their stakeholders side ie. Their US bosses. Weak leadership. Work stretches till late night.

Mid year bonus were distributed. The work life balance is also there. In a nutshell, awesome company to settle down here

Skill wise companies still works on old tools and technologies which can be upgraded

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.
