Infrastructure is good but overall HR Policies are pathetic. During covid also they didn't pay people and fired many. Faculty meetings are quite humiliating and they don't respect their teaching staff. Career growth is not great. They keep two months' salary of the new joiners. Overall, not a great place to work.

Dislikes

HR policies are pathetic and it is for name's sake. Even they call on Sundays for the work for which they don't pay. If you get comp off you cannot take it as you have to go and teach in multiple departments and becomes futile. You have to arrange for classes if you are planning to take leave it is a great hassle.

Work Details

They cut your salary if you are able to punch in the morning or evening. If someone has gone to check copies in the exam cell and gets late there and is not able to punch in your department your salary is cut for the day.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
