Actually i has worked in louis philippe Himayatnager store that is a franchise store . The franchise owner was waste he is not ready give at least one day leave on emergencies. And didn’t credit salaries on time and incentives an well. Rude behaviour with the staff. And the manager and assistant manager they both are worst managers I have ever seen in my retail career they harassed the staff. And they don’t tell polite with staff they are not ready to train a staff and using if you want stay in store stay are else get out from the store. Now i has leaved the company and another 4 employees are ready to leave the company they are waiting for salary’s once salary credits they will leave the company without any intimation. If listening my words please short out this problem from the store are else no one work over their . Literally i has cried when I was given my resignation....Read More
