Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. Actually i has worked in louis philippe Himayatnager store that is a franchise store . The franchise owner was waste he is not ready give at least one day leave on emergencies. And didn’t credit salaries on time and incentives an well. Rude behaviour with the staff. And the manager and assistant manager they both are worst managers I have ever seen in my retail career they harassed the staff. And they don’t tell polite with staff they are not ready to train a staff and using if you want stay in store stay are else get out from the store. Now i has leaved the company and another 4 employees are ready to leave the company they are waiting for salary’s once salary credits they will leave the company without any intimation.
