I really appreciate team building activities and collaboration of all departments whenever there is a need.

Internal politics of management and some egoistic seniors who doesn't want growth of their juniors colleagues and always create unnecessary trouble and this directly hamper company's work. Demotivating colleagues instead of boosting their morale. Settling personal scores through pointing unnecessary means across departments. Mr. Shadab saifi , Mr. Anil Tiwari, Mr.Gourav Joshi and Mr.Vikas Gumber wants their superiority over others and if you don't agree with them then you have to leave the company even if you don't want to leave as they create such toxic atmosphere.I hope that this review will brings some drastic changes.Thanks....Read More

1-Salary on-time in every month if next day is Sunday or gazetted holiday then salary credited one day advance in account. 2-Company providing food to all employees including contractual manpower as well in very low cost that is nothing. 3-Management strictly committed to provide all facilities to their staff as described in their policy. 4-Working timing is too good there is no pressure to work extra hours beyond over office time if need to work out of office timing then company paying extra amount. 5-Learning point of view company is too good because company offering to learn more top to bottom employees. 6- Lotus is top leading brand in market....Read More
