1-Salary on-time in every month if next day is Sunday or gazetted holiday then salary credited one day advance in account. 2-Company providing food to all employees including contractual manpower as well in very low cost that is nothing. 3-Management strictly committed to provide all facilities to their staff as described in their policy. 4-Working timing is too good there is no pressure to work extra hours beyond over office time if need to work out of office timing then company paying extra amount. 5-Learning point of view company is too good because company offering to learn more top to bottom employees. 6- Lotus is top leading brand in market....Read More

I have worked in both plant , Noida as well as Baddi al, Baddi is small plant and having huge capacity and managed well , stable management , controlled Manpower , well establish culture
