Its better to work in a political party rather working here,expenses will always get dedcuted irrespective how true they are. They can fire you or any one at any time without any reason,just favour few people and its a total corrupt management and pathetic HR policies with no power in the hand of HR and they also don't pick employees phone.

Internal politics of management and some egoistic seniors who doesn't want growth of their juniors colleagues and always create unnecessary trouble and this directly hamper company's work. Demotivating colleagues instead of boosting their morale. Settling personal scores through pointing unnecessary means across departments.
