Loreal is an Awesome company , worked for around 7 years. The Learning and development in Loreal is top notch. You can grow in the organisational and also has option to work cross functional, Internally they given In Job Cross functional transfer if you have the talent

From an Executive to Assistant manager the DC process is a bit too harsh . And Management trainee who works asArea sales manager doesn't know anything .they can lecture but can't work .

Its very Employee Centric. Thinks a lot about Employess, their family and their safety. A very supportive company when it comes to anything Personal.

Dislikes

Management. To show a good picture to everyone, the people takes out a lot. I personally dont blame Loreal but I blame the management who are not the owner or shareholders of the compnay. It is the employee sitting on the Top who can make it good or worse for everyone under them.

Pathetic work pressure. Managers behavior is not at all acceptable. They only tell you what to do.. But never tells you how to do. Lots of politics and favouritism among the team. They all know what fake work is going on the market but for all these only BDEs are responsible.
