If any PSR are working in loreal or Maybelline or Garnier please don't go because they not do any appraisal they never do onrole expect ESI, PF you will learn some bonding with retailer shop that's all other wise nothing will can learn BDE,ISR is good ASM & RSM are discusting once again I'll telling who are all joining as a PSR you will never can't build your carrier

There are many perks while working with L’Oreal like meals at subsidised rates, coming and leaving as per your convenience. At work front you get to learn a lot without any guidance though but still you are exposed a lot with new aspects.

Dislikes

No work life balance, even though it is promoted. You will be asked to swim and come ashore even though you don’t know how to do so. New people with experience are treated like outsiders and management employees are a cult.
