Regional leadership is pathetic. Does not appreciate or entertain logical discussions hut enforces authority and uses hierarchical pressure as the only tool to get things done. Management, specially regional leadership is too selfish. Entire culture is showoff and perception driven, hence although having poor understanding of business and channel, regional manager is appreciated. Org works on short term vision. Disgusting There is no work life balance. ASMs are kept under tremendous pressure and threatening. Usage of sly language by regional manager is quite frequent. Talent and. capabilities are not respected. Growth requires buttering.
