Lately organization has come to point where it didn't see what realistic and what is not. Unimaginable Growth tgt with fully biased system. Employee have to Fight with the RSDM team along with other supporting hands to justify ones job.

There are many perks while working with L’Oreal like meals at subsidised rates, coming and leaving as per your convenience. At work front you get to learn a lot without any guidance though but still you are exposed a lot with new aspects.

Dislikes

No work life balance, even though it is promoted. You will be asked to swim and come ashore even though you don’t know how to do so. New people with experience are treated like outsiders and management employees are a cult.

Reduction in distributor margin Extreme pressure for selling without competitive scheme in wholesale Fake reporting They have a legal channel for wholesale where discounts given are heavy 80-20 split for wholesale & original business Education trainers not supportive in salon visit - busy with their own numbers
