I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Partiality, nepotism. The CEO of the company is not the right person as an CEO. Because he don't have even basic idea of any other departments except Sales. And he even don't know the difference between Pharma industry and the Health Care industry. And he don't know what to do apart from sales?? No basic background analysis nothing. Not expertise people from other departments, even he has his own family members with poor knowledge in IT & Operations departments. They don't have a bit knowledge on those departments but they are the head of those departments. It's a kind of nonsense with the CEO....Read More
