Company has good working culture overall, for reporters there is flexible working hours. I love that I was part of maharashtra's leading newspaper.

Company has slow growth in term of increments. There are intrernal politics. In office. No one see how capable or skilled you are, key position only see how you flattering them. There are many employees who work smartly and working hard, but they are invisible to key position. For instance, during my reporting I worked on many sting opration and exclusives though no one kudos me.

I worked as reporter in lokmat. I have to look after sting opration, exclusives news for lokamt's tabloid. As I was new for the location, I enjoyed working there.
