Worst industry, bad work culture, policy are worst, initially they said all good about company but after joining you will regret for your choice. 2 months notice period without pay and after 60 days of notice period they will not pay your money and not treat you well either. Location of the company is fabulous. You just cannot miss it. Apart from this the compensation they might give you will be okayish if you can wriggle it out. Lastly, the selection round is okay. Not much of a war as such but will take skills to tackle.

Just one thing is that be ascertained that you will be moved out of your job if the management sees you as potentially better than they are
