Saturdays aren't off, travel schedules are hectic, appraisals aren't carried on time, work culture aren't good .. won't recommend

Best HR Policy, Employee oriented decision, strong HR Department, leave policy is best (9 festivals holidays, alternate 2 Saturday's off) along with yearly CL, SL & EL. Company is very honest to settle F&F after resigning. They give full amount of leave encashment on pro rata basis, Bonus, Gratuity, increment. Appraisals are good. Increments are every year with arrears according to KRA/performance. Online portals for attendance, income tax and many more. Overall good company for long term employment. Work culture is average... Not a place for skilled person. Loyalty preferred over hardwork & loyalty mean you should belong to kanpur because Manager always feel outside bhag jayega. Nothing much to learn. Exposure level is very low and software tool are below average.
