Likes

Good company HR department are trying to give best policies to attaract and retain talents. You also get a good opportunity to learn and work on the latest technologies.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Managers and senior management seems to have lost their path. They are now following the "Amazon way" for giving promotion & hikes to people which is really an overhead and it leads to dissatisfaction among the employees. But they should also remember that LogMeIn (now GoTo) is niether Amazon nor they give Amazon comparable compensations to their employees. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
