Pathetic organization to work.

Politics and favouritism major in this organization. Managers do not respect there team members. All the credit of work is always taken by the managers showcasing the team members does not work at all. No encouragement to learn new things. If incase of issues and mistakes managers (havi ng zero technical knowledge) always blame the juniors instead of taking the proper responsibilities and giving solutions. Also solutions to the technical issues is not important but managers are always more concerned about satisfying there egos. The managers who are supposed to manage an entire product does not have any knowledge about the product hence affecting the customer service....Read More

As a black person, never ever work for the Logixx. The South East Asian bosses, mainly from India and Pakistan will oppress and suppress you. They will give you all the worse schedules, lie to you, never protect you and treat you like slave. If you complain, they will ask you out. There's no room to seek redress, no organizations skills, poor management team and visible racism against blacks ..Most of the reviews given here are all by themselves. Racism, unequal pay, no room for success, too much violence at their site, pushing employees around. No law and order, back biting poor management, hatred for blacks and people of African descendents..

I have worked in Logix for tenure of 1 year. The thing I liked a lot is teammates which are always available for help. You will be able to learn new technologies depending if you are interested in learning the them.
