Job Description
Minimum: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
5 Plus Yrs of Project Management Experience in Field of Mail & Collaboration.
Job Description:
- Understand Project Scope and deliverables, Team involved to coordinate with, Project Executing Milestone reporting, Identifying Challenges and mitigation
- Preparing Project Plan and related Documentation
- Presenting the Project Plan to the customer & get concurrence from customer.
- Involved in coordination with internal / external team member to overlook the project execution and milestone achievement.
- Understand and Convey Data / Profile Migration Strategies.
- Attend Meeting ( On-line or In-person )
- Timely Reporting to stakeholders
- Get project sign off
- Hand over to support
Required Skills:
- Must have Good Communication, Documentation & Presentation Skills.
- Deep Understanding of Mail Messaging & Associated technologies.
- Fair knowledge on Email Security Technologies.
- Must have at least 3 year Mail Messaging deployment experience.
- Ability to convince the Customer, internal & External team members to ensure timely project execution.
- Foresight and Vision for foresee possible glitches and roadblocks in project execution
